Water Bottle Massage

Yes - you did read it right.  I said WATER BOTTLE MASSAGE.  This is simple, cheap and it is a treat for two!  My love and I recently discovered this one.  Here’s how it works…

First, get yourself a bottle of Ozarka Spring Water - the bottle density and shape are perfect.  Don’t refrigerate the water - keep it at room temperature.

Next, warm yourself up with a nice hot bath or shower - you know the kind that leaves you with the need to cool down afterward?  Always in the past I would end a hot bath by laying down under the ceiling fan.

On this day, I had a half empty bottle of room temperature water on the night stand.  I was so toasty from the shower that it sounded appealing, so I asked my love to roll it down my back beginning with my neck.

You can’t imagine how nice it felt on my warm skin.  It was cool, but not shockingly cold - very nice.  We took turns for the next 30 minutes or so - rolling the bottle down one another’s backs and buttocks.  It was soothing and relaxing - a very nice finishing touch to our precious together time.

I highly recommend it!

If the pampered princess needs a weekend away from normal life, why not visit the Big Apple for a delightful city escape?

It is a treat just walking the streets and taking in the sights.  Here just some of the treats awaiting you there:

  • Statue of Liberty
  • Ground Zero
  • Empire State Building
  • Stock Market Exchange
  • Hot Dog Stands
  • Delightful Coffee Shops
  • Ford Theatre
  • Macy’s Department Store
  • Time Square
  • Paramount Building
  • Toys-R-Us

New York City isn’t that far from Atlantic City for your inner gambler.

New York is a representation of the “melting pot” that America is known as. It’s a good opportunity to try something a bit different from another culture. I recently watched an episode of “Throw Down” with Bobby Flay, which in which he challenged the owners of Caracas Arepa Bar to a throw down. The results looked delicions. I definitely plan to give them a try the next time I visit NYC!

What’s an Arepa?

Gift It!

You’ll proabably want to save this type of gift for someone special.  You’re looking at $500-$1000 for this get-away, unless you happen to stumble across a last-minute special.  Of course, the more you want to do and the fancier the hotel, the more it will cost you.  At any rate if you can spare the splurge, this one is fun!
